Sleep, Craniofacial, and Systemic Health
Sleep disordered breathing, craniofacial pain, and the rest of your body are intricately intertwined, like the filaments that make up a beautiful tapestry. Research has shown that sleep disordered breathing can directly impact your overall health, and of course, being in pain and being tired all the time will impact your quality of life negatively.

What We Do

TMJ and Craniofacial Pain Relief
We alleviate pain caused by temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ or TMD), craniofacial muscle pain, and other areas of discomfort by using our thorough examinations, measurements, and cone beam computed tomography machine (CBCT), to see what’s occurring in your jaw joints and musculature. Treatment may involve myofunctional therapy, Botox or Xeomin, oral appliances, lifestyle alterations, physical therapy, and/or coaching.

Sleep Apnea Treatment and Snoring Reduction
Snoring is unpleasant and can cause sleep issues for the snorer, as well as his or her sleeping partner. Sleep apnea involves the cessation of breathing during sleep, and snoring is a primary symptom. Sleep apnea and sleep deprivation cause a host of symptoms, ranging from cognitive disruptions to high blood pressure to diabetes complications and even cardiac issues. We can help reduce or eliminate snoring and obstructive sleep apnea with mandibular repositioning sleep apnea devices, myofunctional therapy, lifestyle modifications coaching, and more.

Collaboration with medical professionals and making it affordable
CPAP might still be the best for you. Only you and your sleep doctor can decide that, but if you are unable to tolerate a CPAP and need another alternative, we can help. It is our commitment to guide you into the best health, even if it is not with us.
Craniofacial pain may require us to work with your current medical professionals, or help you find new ones. The head and neck are complicated and when we work for you, we try to check it all for you.
We work with most medical and dental insurance plans and offer easy payment plans. Cost should not be an obstacle in your journey to health.
